1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and penas77 ("penas77," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at penas77.app ("the Platform"). 3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 Capacity to Contract

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, are subject to a self-exclusion order, or have been banned from gambling by any regulatory authority are not eligible to hold or use a penas77 Account.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on penas77, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and to update it promptly if any details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one penas77 Account. Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, penas77 reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently suspend all associated Accounts and to void any balances or winnings derived therefrom.

4.4 KYC Verification

penas77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests or in connection with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, or UMID). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Deposits may not be withdrawn immediately and may be subject to a review period in accordance with PAGCOR's AML policies.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions made available by penas77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Unless specified otherwise, Bonus Funds must typically be wagered before real-money funds can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

penas77 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, systematic low-risk betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure ("bonus hunting"), collusion between players, and any form of coordinated promotion exploitation. Where bonus abuse is identified, penas77 reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close affected Accounts.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without notice. Real-money funds are not affected by bonus expiry.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on penas77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party game studios. penas77 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

7.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure that results in an incorrect display of odds, winnings, or game outcomes, penas77 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all game types on the Platform.

7.4 Player Responsibility

You are responsible for all bets and wagers placed from your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure you are placing bets intentionally and with awareness of the applicable stakes and terms. penas77 is not liable for bets placed in error and confirmed by the system.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on penas77 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using a penas77 Account while under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or through third parties;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using penas77 for any illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players in live games or sports betting pools;
• Engaging in chip dumping or deliberate loss-to-another-account behavior;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing penas77 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorization;
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or otherwise misappropriating any part of the penas77 Platform or its content.

9. Responsible Gaming

penas77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players who may be at risk of harm from excessive gambling behavior. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the player;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per defined time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after specified continuous play durations;

• Cool-Down Periods: Temporary account suspension for periods from 24 hours to 6 weeks;

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. 11. Liability and Disclaimers

11.1 Platform Availability

penas77 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond penas77's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. penas77 is not liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

11.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. penas77 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players using the Platform. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you participate in gambling activities voluntarily and with full awareness of the associated financial risk.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, penas77's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's Account at the time the claim arose. penas77 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11.4 Third-Party Services

Games on penas77 are provided by third-party studios under license. penas77 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating from third-party game software beyond the controls penas77 is contractually entitled to enforce against those providers.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

penas77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. 13. Suspension and Account Termination

13.1 Termination by penas77

penas77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is detected or suspected; (b) PAGCOR or another authority instructs penas77 to take such action; (c) penas77 has reason to believe fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct has occurred; or (d) an Account poses a regulatory compliance risk.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, penas77 will retain Account funds during the investigation period. If the Account is permanently closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your penas77 Account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your registered payment method within 10 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no pending investigation is active.

14. Amendments to These Terms

penas77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material clarifications may take effect immediately upon publication to penas77.app/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes between you and penas77 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also raise complaints with PAGCOR in relation to penas77's regulatory obligations.

penas77 operates in compliance with Executive Order No. 13, Series of 2017, Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), and all applicable implementing regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
